The GitiSport S2 is a tyre engineered to offer a balance of performance, safety, and comfort for drivers of sportier and premium road cars. Using Giti’s AdvanZtech R&D platform, the tyre features an all-new tread compound that enhances grip, especially in wet conditions, and delivers shorter braking distances. It’s designed with multiple wide longitudinal grooves (four in many sizes, five in wider sections) for improved water evacuation, which improves resistance to aquaplaning. The tyre also has micro-sipes in the contact area to boost grip via a “suction effect,” and incorporates a reinforced centre section for stability at higher speeds and improved dry braking control.
